It is in the City of Burnaby in British Columbia, we like to keep the exact location confidential. We are very accessible with our close proximity to public transit, Highway 1 and within a 30 minute drive of both Vancouver International Airport and Downtown Vancouver. The datacentre sits on top of a hill, well above the flood plain and the all concrete building was just completed in 2015 to the latest building code and seismic standards.

No, we are very flexible and can accommodate almost anything! Let us know what you need and we can work something out. Currently we only offer bare metal servers from our Vancouver (YVR1) Datacentre.
Our CS3.X servers are Dell r610 (or similar) 1U servers. Pay the standard rate for 6 months, then you own it! Choose to keep it at our datacentre at a reduced 1U colocation rate of $80/month (normally $100) or we can ship it to you.
