What’s the difference between call and user based?
Call based plans are designed around the number of simultaneous calls. For example on a 8 simultaneous call plan you can have 50 phones, as long as only 8 people need to use the phone the same time.
User based plans are designed on a user level ,where each person who needs an extension (be it physical phone or app) is counted separately.
Plan Discounts
Depending on volume of concurrent calls (for calls based plans) or number of users the monthly rate may include volume discounts.
Other Hardware
Purchasing phones yourself or from us is also an options, as long as they are compatible with the system.
